Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is extremely convenient My favorite tool to use to file my taxes. Thanks intuit for amazing product. It does seem some of the fees went up slightly but these days what has not. Thanks for making filing less painful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Software is Terrible I've used TurboTax for over a decade, 8 years in a row online, and it was great. Then, I got swindled into getting the Amazon TurboTax software this year and it sucked badly. The software takes forever to load, the font sizes are too small and not adjustable, and the app crashed on me several times during the most important moments! I cannot even save a copy of my taxes because the software freezes up. Garbage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as smooth as past years 1. Forms from prior year 1099s were still included without a final review alerting me that they were not completed, or should be deleted. 2. State had an error that repeatedly didn't show up in review, but repreatedly prevented me from filing return. It was a typo on state abbreviation for a 1099 form. Just kept putting me back through the edit state process without telling me that there was an error, let alone, What was the error. 3. Did NOT appreciate the extra hassle of paying for state e-file. In past I juist entered my credit card on form. This year TurobTax tried to get extra money be wanting a premium price to deduct it from refund, or force filer to go to Intuit, which was problem #4. 4. Couldn't sign in to account to pay for CA e-filing, repeatedly, even when changing password. Yes, I got the email and text confirmation #'s but still didn't work. I realize it's almost the deadline, but come on, now is when I needed you to be up-to-speed. Not a problem in the past.
