Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'll only use Turbo Tax Turbo Tax makes filing taxes less confusing and simplifies the process. Because of the way Turbo Tax breaks down everything, I'm able to remember and find business expenses and deductions I would've otherwise forgotten about.

When paying taxes I got an error that my card wouldn't work but no details and to retry I had to go through a dozen or so screens each time. I also had an instance where I tried to manually add in a form and instead of letting me it just skipped to the next section.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is Good and Still Needs to Improve Turbotax is great for people who have rental properties, businesses and folks that want to be guided when doing their tax return. In the past it did not print individual forms that has been fixed. It now needs to be modified to allow users to copy and paste information into ALL of the text boxes. All of their text boxes prevent you from copying information from other documents, even your driver license, or bank account and routing numbers into their respective spots. Please fix that turbotax. Filling out Schedule D is very cludgy and needs focus and improvment. I have been efiling for over 10 years and this year and last year I could not efile. I know my adjusted gross income from last year is correct. Whey would my return get rejected? I am supposed to get a discount on TurboxTax from T. Rowe Price and other providers but somehow TurboTax makes sure I can not take advantage of those discounts.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from suggestions for improvement Turbotax Business is adequate for me. I have been using it for several years. My problem is with income reconciliation. The Turbotax software requires me to reconcile income per books and income per return. The thing is: I have no books. I only have one book where i list expenses--that's it. The software should automatically reconcile the book income with the return income, just as it does wth the retained earnings and the balance sheet. The other parts of the software are good. Please fix this problem to make the customers happy. Thanks.
