Rated 1 out of 5 by from E-files not accepted on two returns When I tried to e-file, returns were rejected. I entered last year's AGI (from the accepted 2021 returns) for verification purposes but received an error message saying that the number was incorrect. So I will need to file by mail. This happened when I attempted to e-file a relative's 2022 returns also. For both returns, I downloaded state returns, so these were a waste of money. Will definitely not use Turbo Tax next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Fear Here! I love filing my taxes using TurboTax. I used to absolutely hate filling out tax pages, because I was concerned I would answer the questions wrongly. TurboTax makes it fun when you use their app to file you tax paper work. They ask you simple questions, and you answer them. If you don't understand the question, they have a help box next to the question with which you can usually discover the correct answer to you tax question. And then, TurboTax reviews everything to make sure all is in order. I like that part very much . . .it is like a tax professional reviewing your work. After the process, I feel confident that I am filing a correct return. No worries. No fear.

I've been using TurboTax Home & Business for many years and appreciate the convenience of it, especially the fact that it retains prior year information so sources of income do not need to be re-entered...and can be remembered! No problems thus far. I use it for family members and at times employer IDs are not located so W2s cannot be downloaded and field entries regarding IRA distribution past and current are not handled well on the NJ state return. I'm always curious about downloads needed after I've submitted...wonder if there's something my return missed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Saves Time and Money We went to a tax professional for the first time this year after having used Turbo Tax for years. The tax professional made some glaring mistakes on our return. She had us as owing $21,000 in Federal taxes because of an IRA withdrawal! Nope! I don't make that much money. So I came back to Turbo Tax to double check her work. Thank goodness I did. Not only do I not owe Federal but I'm getting a refund. (We had reinvested the money into a CD. It should not have been counted as income.)
