They were just reading off the IRS website. This did not instill confidence in their answers. Finally, I spoke to a CPA who seems to have helped. We'll see....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great service, but expensive! TurboTax is a crisp, breezy experience. The UI/UX is simply marvelous, and the guarantees are so reassuring. Thank you!! Also, TurboTax is expensive!! The service that I use once a year for 90 minutes cost almost $400 this year! Who over there at TurboTax makes over $130K per year? Should they? Yeesh!
