The prompts and system checks help so there are no errors. Taxes are E-Filed so when all info is completed and reviewed, Turbo Tax sends via E-File - DONE!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is so EASY and, actually, FUN I feel confident working it. Every step has an explanation and the delivery of the explanation is done with these cute statements, questions, and graphics. Taxes are stressful and TurboTax tries to make them mess so.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Misleading filing status During program's review phase just prior to filing, the program specifically stated that user would be able to select which returns to file. My nonresident-state-income return is due one month after the federal return, and I am waiting to hear back from a contact at the state department of revenue about the state one. I should NOT have to file the state return when the federal is due. But when we got the next screens, there was NO option to send only the federal return at this time. This is infuriating, to be told it was an option and it not be, and further to be forced to file them together when they are not due together. IN FACT, I specifically used your program's option to file for an extension on my state return, and yet still was forced to file it today, because my federal return is due at this time. This is unacceptable, and very disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use but not crazy about the fees I’ve used Turbo Tax for many years, it’s easy to use and I highly recommend it. Not thrilled with the fees that are charged. I’m fine with paying for the service, but the trend of paying additional fees for using a credit card is getting ridiculous.
