Rated 2 out of 5 by from I HATE ONLINE I was initially funneled into the online TurboTax. HATE IT. I WANTED the data from my prior years to be funneled into this year. Overall, I had a very complicated form for me this year and I felt like Turbo Tax WAS NOT as easy to use as it was in prior years, What is the benefit of using Turbo Tax EVERY Year if I have to go dig up the same info from prior years?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I use TurboTax every year! TurboTax is very intuitive and easy to use. They ask the questions that a person might glaze over. I plan to use it forever and would recommend to all my friends and family.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax: Intuit Doesn't Care About Their Customer I was really upset that Intuit made Windows 10 the minimum OS without any alert or notification on the box, in bold letters. Not very customer sensitive. It is also unethical to not clearly and specifically state on the package that the buyer will have to pay $25.00 to e-file their state return. Next year I will be looking at other alternatives before selecting software. As to the program There are some functions, such as clicking on fields to take you to the source that were a definite improvement, but I found many, even slightly complex tax functions, take more time because you have to search for how to do things because Intuit has gone too far in "dumbing down" the program to try to simplify the most simple processes for simple returns. It needs to achieve a better balance between the simplest of returns and those which are slightly more complex.
