Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbotax is good i think that you should not charge so much on the federal tax returns to file it used to be free thats why i use turbo tax but thinking now of stopping cost to much if i wanted to pay this much i would go somewhere else and have them do it. i did it myself so i should not be charged so much

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Processing forms problem your software has a glitch. It uploaded a form incorrectly. It had me claiming 710 million for a refund. I spoke with three agents for over 2 hours on the phone to find the problem and resolve it. It took over 8 hours to complete my return I have used this product for 5 returns. The first agent that assisted me was terrible. She wanted me to redo my return over. I told her I spent 5 and /12 hours and did not want to spend 11 hours on a return that might continue to give ths same error
