Cleaner transition to Intuit account to pay when a problem occurs (sign-on locked up and I had to restart Turbo, reload the file, and then go through the e-file pages again)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Overall, the product is very straight forward and easy to use. When there is a special code needed, the program is not so helpful. I was able to go onto the web and find the actual tax form information and obtain the information I needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is simple, thorough and efficient I've been a loyal customer of TurboTax since before the 2008 Tax Year and I come back every year because it is familiar and steady. I've only had two adjustments found and reported in all that time and it was my data entry that was at fault, not the program itself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For YEARS I have used Turbo Tax!! I would never use any other service. I thought about it last year and put in my information into 4 different sites and I still ended up using Turbo Tax because they gave me the best refund and it was so much easier to use.
