Rated 1 out of 5 by from Torbotax return rejected For both 31 and22 my Turbotax federal return was rejected and I could not fix it . . . . had to mail them. The IRS said they could not identify me with my PIN or by my AGI from the previous year although I triple checked them.. There was NO help from Turbotax to get this fixed, I guess I spend $55 just for the forms.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo TX IS GREAT EXCEPT ON AMENDED STATE RETURNS THIS YEAR I HAD TO FILE AN AMENDED STATE RETURN AND TURBO TAX WALKED ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. HOWEVER, WHEN IT CAME TO THE POINT TO FILE ELECTRONICALLY, I WAS ABLE TO FILE THE FEDERAL AMENDED RETURN, BUT THE PROGRAM DID NOT ALLOW ME TO FILE THE AMENDED STATE RETURN. HAD TO FILE THE AMENDED STATE RETURN BY MAIL - NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a perfect solution for me Filing my tax return with TurboTax is so easy. I love that I don't need to know the new tax laws. TurboTax assists me with getting maximum deductions. I feel confident that my returns are accurate. TurboTax is also user friendly, and it takes no time at all to get your tax return filed. I have been using TurboTax for well over 10 years and will continue to use it to file my tax returns.
