Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bait and Switch Turbo Tax Premier...sure 1 free state included but if you want to e-file your State you get charged $25. Already paying top dollar for Premier and you gouge the customer $25. Not cool at all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wasted 4 hours because of a glitch they still have For my HSA I was stuck in a loop and could not get past the review. It kept giving an error that had no option to resolve. Finally found the answer when I searched on Google. It's a glitch that has existed since 2019 and apparently they still have not fixed it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ONLINE USERS BEWARE! While this program is really easy to use..they are add in hidden charges and don't tell you about them until the very end! I was supposed to get $192 back from the IRB but between the cost of using the online version of Turbo Tax and the hidden costs for subtracting the price from my refund...I am only getting $21 back! The program asked me how I wanted to pay but NEVER said it charges an extra fee to deduct it from my refund!!! I think next year am going to use a different tax preparation service because this was just RIDICULOUS and GREEDY!
