Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax - wished it loved ItsDedubtible Very unfortunate that after deciding to keep ItsDeductible, TurboTax appears intent on killing it off slowly. No longer are you able to automatically input ItsDeductible donations into your tax return. TurboTax has made the ItsDeductible entries difficult to find and if you do find the link (buried in the Search box) you will see that all ItsDeductible can do now is produce a pdf file from which you manually type the deductions into your return, no longer are the deductions exported automatically into your tax return. Very sneaky and very unfortunate, for what is otherwise great software.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wonky this year I've been using Turbotax for over a decade and this year's walkthrough felt disjointed and totally wonky. Income didn't get entered until after deductions and I kept having to repeat steps and go back several times. It was super annoying and took twice as long as their "race timer" suggested it would take as a result. I also have issues every single year when entering my 1095-A form. Luckily the TurboTax rep I spoke to on the phone was lovely and helpful and she walked me through how to fix it. But seems like a waste of both our time since the software was malfunctioning.
