Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love and Like Love that I am able to file from home and it is affordable, but for some reason my e-file kept getting rejected due to my AGI from the prior year so I had to print and mail. Even though I paid TurboTax, I had to use my own printer and mail myself. I felt like that should be included in the charge for filing.

However, as someone who has prepared returns for over 25 years, the questions and prompts take too much time and I would prefer to be able to actually look at the schedules and input information directly on the forms
