Rated 2 out of 5 by from Your program failed at submitting my tax return. The whole turbotax program worked beautifully until the end. Then the disaster began. The file submission did not go through, and failed again and again. I was desperate. Apparently I needed an update to the program, but no one told me clearly. There was a little note about an update possibly being necessary, and instruction to "check the online version" (whatever that is). I need to be very clear -- YOU MUST FIX THIS PROBLEM, BEFORE YOU SET UP A STRESSFUL SITUATION FOR THOUSANDS OF YOUR USERS. There was truly no clear instruction as to what to do to update, no button to press, no clear error message with a clear instruction how to update the software. You MUST fix this problem or I will leave Intuit entirely after being a customer for more than a decade. It took hours to fix, and huge stress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from :,,,) Forms, numbers, scrolling, spelling-- all of these things are a nightmare to me and filing taxes requires all of them plus some extra things I'm not a huge fan of. I've been using T.Tax for 8 years and every single year I'm astonished by how painless the experience is. I say with absolute sincerity that this is one of the greatest resources available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a great tool to use to file. I have used Turbo Tax for at least a decade. It is easy to use and provides all of the tools I need to file. I love using the import function to get data entered into my tax returns.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from FEES HAVE GOTTEN OUTRAGEOUS PROBABLLY LAST YEAR USING THIS SERVICE, FEES ARE RIDICULOUS NOW AND CAN GET PREPARED LOCAL FOR LESS. FORCED TO USE A DIFFERNT VERSION AND CAN NOT CHANGE. NO AGENT AVAILABLE TO HELP.

As my life has grown and changed - from children, to divorce and finally retirement - this tax software has handled every twist. This year I had a technical question and the help desk was prompt, knowledgeable and upbeat.
