Rated 2 out of 5 by from Trouble eFiling - No phone number to get help For the second year in a row I have not been able to eFile .... AGI rejected but was same on form and verified separately with IRS. Need to provide a phone number where I can get immediate assistance.

It's very user friendly with easy to find and understand explanations, "next" and "back" buttons. The added premium services add peace of mind when you are ready to hit the "submit return" button.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo did it's job The layout was easy enough, but I had a bit of difficulty in finding the Explore on My Own section. I could never find it, thus I had to use one of your Experts. Erum ( I think that was her name), was wonderful. She answered every question. You need to keep her.
