Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible 2 yrs with Turbo Tax after 20 fair yrs. Return rejected 4x's. 1. Mismatched PIN from previous year, 2. missing info which should have been carried over from other yrs, 3. tried last yrs pin - didn't work, 4. called for help but couldn't understand the person, then he cut me off after getting access to my screen, 5. T Tax welcomed me as a new customer after I had used it for over 20 yrs, so what happened to the links to previous returns?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I hateTurbo Tax Turbo Tax is constantly trying to charge you more money. It is absolutely not worth the cost of even your cheapest program. I had to look so many things up on my own and your program was not successful at importing my documents. I had to end up typing everything in myself. Categories in the self-employment section for deductions are confusing. Many other things are difficult to find. Maybe if I paid more to you it would be better but at that point I would rather have someone who actually knows what they're doing help me with my taxes. I plan to never use Turbo Tax again.
