Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still full of the same shortcomings it has had for Even with millions of users this software is full of bugs. This year it was a bug about disaster payments that lead to a endless loop. I had to scrap my return and start over again. Any why do you keep asking my questions about what i did on my taxes last year when the very first step was to import last years tax file? There should be zero questions about last years taxes if you are looking at the file you created in the same software last year. Also, the software said it would cost $20 to file my state return and then i was charged $25. Intuit should stop letting the developers test their software and instead sit down with a group of users to do testing. They have tunnel vision.

I talked to two different tax experts, they were amazing!! Patient and answered my questions as well as assuring me all was correct.
