Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too Expensive payment was stupid! I used to like turbo tax, but this year it was WAY to expensive! Also there was a $1 diffrence between my return and my turbotax charges. Rather than letting me pay the dollar & keeping my return the charges the whole amount to my card! I am not in a position to pay over $2oo at the drop of a hat! Thats a Lot of money for me! Why couldn't they just keep my retuen and charge me a dollar?? Now I have to delay other bills to file my taxes

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2022 Review As a long time user of Turbo Tax, I am less satisfied with this years product. Tried to install only to learn it was not possible with my version of my operating system. Fine print on software stated so but was hidden. Had to buy a new computer to install. Many problems downloading and installing updates. First installation opened two versions and had to eject both discs to complete download. Not the flawless product I have been comfortable with in the past. Will check out competition for next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Max? Audit Protection? I have used Turbo Tax for years and this year's state filing would not e-file unless I bought the audit protection. There was absolutely no way around this and it infuriated me - so we didn't e-file - arghhhhhhh The whole point of TurboTax is to make it easy - not harder!!
