Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good system but too many upsell screens! I've been a very long time user and the system shows improved features and speed, especially downloads from financial institutions. But the upsell crap now built in eg live help, upsell features is a real annoyance.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Self Employed Subscribers will NOT file free I subscribed to Self-Employed for Quikbooks for $25 a month. I THOUGHT this came with a free turbotax tax filing but it does NOT! They will automatically enroll you in Premium and there is apparently no way to get out of that without starting everything over. Their help line is a joke. I waited 40 minutes for them to tell me they were having issues on their end.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still Love Turbo Tax I have used Turbo Tax for many many years now. It is simple to use. The step by step process help you answer questions and find deductions you may not have thought about. I love the way Turbo Tax imports much of my information from previous years saving me a great deal of time. Turbo Tax runs checks throughout the process to ensure accuracy. I'm confident that Turbo Tax is helping me receive the biggest refund possible. Live help was available during the process and adds a bit of comfort. I will Use Turbo Tax again next year and would highly recommend it to my friends and family.
