Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy for the most part The agent I did talk to was so very knowledgeable and understood my problem and knew exactly what to do% She was pleasant and understanding of the issues I was having. There should be more agents in customer service like her.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very user-friendly I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and it makes doing my taxes easy. I don't have too complex of situations, so it is pretty straight forward for me. I like the convenience of having the option to work on it little by little.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overcharged but no time to quibble Before I logged in for live review, price was 179. Logged in and boom- price was magically 209 for exact selection. I will take my business elsewhere. Look where greed gets you Turbo Tax. Otherwise I see they’ve finally corrected some of the annoying and easily fixed flaws. Still its tootles for me. I can’t abide being ripped off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Painless I am a cancer warrior that went through a divorce last year and we typically have our taxes done but this year was on my own. I had some things that required me to do a 1099 so I added the live help on my TT plan. When things became a bit confusing I requested a phone call in the chat and first they sent me to technical support but Sabrina quickly realized I needed the help of a CPA tax expert so she sent me to Bill. He walked me through and I shared my screen, btw he said they cannot see any other things on my computer, its blank to them, and he could see the online program in TT. Anyways, we laughed, we didn't cry, and had some informational banter until my questions in the program were complete. It was easy and efficient! Thanks so much BILL!!
