Rated 5 out of 5 by from 8 YEARS AND COUNTING As indicated, I've used TurboTax for awhile now for both simple returns and now much more complicated returns. I continue to use it because I'm confident that i am receiving all the tax credits and discounts I'm entitled to. It's very easy to use and even easier to understand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from When the software had issues, the Pros called me! The numbers were not adding up, due to something imported incorrectly or a software glitch. I stopped where I was and reached out for help, and they called me. They transfered me to a Tax professional without charging me for the version that included support. They called a second time, as I had not continued, and provided more free support! I am happy with Intuit in general, and use a lot of their prducts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So grateful for the Live Chat on TurboTax I've used Turbo Tax for years. I consider myself pretty number-phobic, and TT is user-friendly and makes it so easy. This year, I've been stressed out, and left it to the last moment. I was itemizing, and my refund wasn't matching what I thought it should be. I used the live chat twice. The first time, the guy couldn't figure out where the discrepancy was, and I hung up resigned to a refund that was about 10K less than expected. An hour later, I tried again. This time, Mary walked through it with me and found that while I thought I'd selected Itemized, Standard Deductions was actually selected. I was so relieved, I cried. I'm grateful the live chat is available. I'm grateful I went back. And I'm so very grateful to Mary!!!!
