Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax is a total rip off. and NOT worth it I paid extra for TAX EXPERT help. Whenever I asked for help, I got a PRODUCT EXPERT. They knew nothing and it was obvious. I was given wrong answers that could have made me put in the wrong information on my return. Luckily I was smart enough to know that it didn't sound right and researched it myself! When I finally asked if the person was a TAX EXPERT they said NO, just a PRODUCT EXPERT. It took an act of congress to try to speak to an actual EXPERT

Rated 2 out of 5 by from bad year with turbo had several questions that were never able to get answered. Did not appreciate being locked in to an upgrade at the very end. Will definitely be looking for another option for next year.

When I tried to upload the documents, it inserted "IN" as the state on all documents instead of my correct state (MO). As a result, all the zip codes were rejected upon checking because they did not match. There is no option to fix the address, so I had to go back and delete them and then manually enter all the values.

WHEN I WAS AT THE END YOU CHARGED ME $145 PLUS $35 FOR EFILE. VERY MISLEADING ON COST. TRIED ASKING THRU CHAT AND WAS SENT TO READ SEVERAL THINGS, I HAVE NEVER PAID THIS MUCH, I AM ON SS DISABLITY AND DONE HAVE THE FUNDS TO PAY $185
