This year I spent hours trying to avoid the same error from last year. TurboTax should be paying me for all the research and time I needed to do to PAY YOU to file my simple taxes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great but costly The systems in place operate great and can speed you through the process. Really living up to the name. However, getting hit with the $150 price tag at the end of the process really sucks. Especially because you are not informed that state costs and additional $50 until the very end of filing... at which point, you are very unlikely to want to do it via paper/mail.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Do-It-Yourself Tax Prep Self Employed I've been using H&R Block for years. Made the switch to Turbo Tax and I maximized my deductions by a lot more, and felt confident after submitting. I'd recommend Turbo Tax to all the self employed people I know.
