Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm thanking God! I usually have a paid accountant complete all taxes, but I couldn't afford to pay anyone, and had to do business and personal taxes myself. Being tight on funds I couldn't pay the taxes owed today, but was elated the Fed would allow a payment plan, so I'm thanking God for the technology that allowed me to complete this obligation.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too expensive It is a cheap product when you are getting a large return and have nothing to worry about, but when you have to pay taxes, it is super expensive to pay the obligated tax and then for the service on top of that. Like $120 for filing the taxes is disgusting and you only get away with it because you typically just take it out of people's returns. I am not happy and I hate having to pay so much for this service when I have to pay taxes as well. Cut me a break after a hard 2022, especially when I have been loyal to TurboTax for 4 years now. Too expensive. People would not pay this if they had to pay upfront.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WHY IS IT LINKED TO CREDIT KARMA?? I spent the time completing my taxes on TT just like I do every year. i pay for the "transfer fee" (not sure what it is called) but I imported all my information from last year. Finished the forms. Then I was immediately sent to credit karma. I don't even remember that log in. I still do not know if my taxes were correctly filed. Absolute fail.
