Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easier Than Flipping A Light Switch. Turbotax makes the process extremely easy to follow with checkpoints set everywhere to verify that it's being completed correctly. You can't go wrong.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Lacks Instruction For a company that relies on people to complete their forms, Turbo Tax does a poor job of providing instructions. In my opinion, the software needs to be focus group tested more before released to the public. For example, I used ItsDeductible separatel to calculate the value of donated items. When I finished I found out I could not link or load the items to my return. I would have to do all over again in the linked ItsDeductible, but TT instructions said only to use ItsDeductible. Also, I worked on my return off and on for about a week. As I neared the end of the return a page showed our taxable income but the amount shown did not include our SS income. No explanation was provided so I had to go back to the income section of the return to make sure I included it, which I did. There should have been a notation that SS was not shown on this page because ... Also, filers need to be careful to avoid your attempts to upsell to a more expensive product. Shame on you. We live in Florida where there is no state income tax, but TT directed me to file a state return at least twice. Regarding a Florida return, the instructions were not clear regarding listing of "assets." No explanation provided about what are considered assets of a retired, non-business owner. I am I supposed to list house, car, furniture, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is AWESOME I am the world's greatest procrastinator. I decided to submit my 2022 Taxes on 04/17/2023 and was very worried that I wouldn't be able to get them submitted in time. Turbo Tax helpful resources and live assistant was AMAZING at helping me complete the process alot quicker than I expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Makes Filing Taxes Simple The process may be time consuming but TurboTax makes it easy to complete your taxes and also explain everything that will help benefit you on your return as well as make sure you file your taxes correctly without issues and worrying about being audited by the IRS.

This was a first-time issue for me and, with all of the remote working issues, I needed an expert. She was an expert. She also was courteous enough to take my number in case we were disconnected and didn't make me wait on hold while she was researching and confirming the correct way to resolve the issue. Thanks again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax has gotten me my worst returns Since using TurboTax, I have gotten horrible tax returns. I will never use this product again. I will pay someone from here on out because this product loses us way more money.
