Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax changed Not very easy to use if you are self employed, took me to different pages when I was trying to input my expenses and when I lost my page I had to go to the frequently asked questions to figure out how to get back to the deduction page.

Now that I can upload, even using my phone camera, complicated info from financial institutions and investment managers, I can breeze through my tax submission in a couple hours BY MYSELF. It keeps me learning about changes in tax code and being independent.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not supportive of returns for elderly or deceased I am filing on behalf of my mother, who died in 2022. Her income was so low she didn't need to file a Federal tax return. And, it was a very simple return. It would have been nice if TT would have recognized that and given us a lower price or refund part of the cost. Something like a Turbo Tax Lite would have been nice. Also everytime I tried to do something on the State Return, I had to answer about 10 screens of questions again! It didn't seem like TT retained the information previously entered.
