Rated 1 out of 5 by from so many bugs why do i have to anwser all the questions everytime I go to change one thing? you can not remember what state I live in? it is right in my address. you can not remember if I live in a disaser area from fed to state retrun? repeat 500 times

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Platform Has Gotten So Ridiculous I've been using TurboTax to do my taxes for over 15 years. I use to like how easy they made the platform but now it has gotten so convoluted to get to the basic forms you need and the help forum is horrible. They've adopted the business model that forces you to pay for their tax assistant services. This will be the last year I use TurboTax, as it will be cheaper to hire someone and have them do it for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Reconsidering another platform to file next year. Turbo Tax should not be charging as much as it does to file taxes. Especially if you self file. I paid more this year than I did last year and made less. Considering using another platform next year due to this.
