Rated 2 out of 5 by from its time consuming, you cannot get help when u ne live help was a joke!! it was hard to connect to and then most times tell me something went wrong and then when you did get through, they did not answer your question correctly

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to complete taxes Turbotax makes it easy to complete you taxes, but I did have issues with the checkout process. It was defaulting to premiere, which I do not need. I did not have the option to change it on my end. I had to reach out to customer service, they called me and were very nice and able to assist.
