Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great until I had to buy premium Turbo Tax is great and allows me to do taxes on my own. I've used it for years. However, I used Turbo Tax Deluxe throughout the entire process, then at the end, before I could finalize, it tells me I HAVE to buy the Premium version because I sold mutual funds. Well, that didn't make much sense seeing as how I completed all of the steps without Premium and all of my info was entered up until that point. I found it unsettling that I was being forced at the very end to pay for Premium. It seems shady as if they knew I wasn't going to be willing to quit at that point and redo my taxes using some other method. I'm not happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to use even with multiple 1099s I have been using TurboTax for years and continue to be completely satisfied with the product. I feel the updates come quickly. Having multiple 1099s can be complicated but it is easier with the questions TT takes you through.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Other services r cheaper if u doing std deduc fed I had to pay $119 for Federal! I didn’t have deluxe selected and wanted to do the less expensive version but then it wouldn’t let me change it! Guess it’s another way for them to get more money out of people!!!
