Rated 3 out of 5 by from it works I used to think turbo tax was the best way to file but in the last 2 years, it is more confusing to navigate through, to go back and change information, however having explainitions to questions and examples to better understand is very helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid product This is our 7th year w/ TT and it worked well as usual. We have some complex items like RSUs, out of state property, brokerage sales, backdoor/mega-backdoor IRA, etc so it usually takes 6-8 hours. I do wish it was simpler to navigate situations like the Backdoor Roth IRA conversion and 401K excess contributions; there seems to be different process/guidance each year; some of it feels conflicting but with some diligence it all gets figured out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax is hit and miss. It is not perfect I wanted to make a 1099 NEC to reflect money I paid to someone who did webwork for me and Turbotax refused to let me do that. Customer service was equally unhelpful. Using help and the search buttons was a dead end and frustrating. Finally I just had to give up and submit my tax return without it.
