Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not really suitable for Clergy I am a pastor who lives in a church-provided parsonage. I don't have to pay income taxes on the fair market value of the parsonage listed on my W2, but I do have to pay Social Security taxes. TurboTax counted the FMV of the parsonage as income. I was able to find a workaround on the Intuit community pages for my federal taxes, but TurboTax would not allow me to adjust my income on the state form, so it BADLY miscalculated my state taxes and would not allow me to make corrections. I ended up using the state's own online forms to calculate and file my taxes instead of TurboTax. I don't feel like I got my money's worth due to the software only doing half the job it advertised, and I doubt I will purchase it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time doing taxes My first time ever doing my own taxes and it was surprisingly easy. I had all these papers scattered around me and it all looked like gibberish but I just plugged in some numbers into TurboTax and just 20 minutes later I had my taxes filed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As close to Excellent as possible Great for simple to medium complexity tax returns (i.e. rental properties, full time worker + small business, etc). Fairly easy to use with limited tax knowledge. Even easier if your finance/ tax understanding is a bit higher than entry level.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made it so Easy I postponed doing my 2020 taxes until the last day because I DON'T LIKE DOING THEM! TurboTax made it easy, and asked me nothing I didn't understand. I'm now done! Hurrah!
