Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sometimes it's just as confusing as an IRS form After working with a CPA to do the books for my small business and filing corporate taxes for a small business I worked for, I feel like I have a good grasp on taxes but just need a bit of help. Next year I'll look for a different option besides TurboTax. I think it's probably good for those who are completely new to taxes, but sometimes the simplified questions and cutesy graphics just take time without clarifying the rules at all for people who have some grasp on what they're doing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was disappointing In past years I had purchased a CD and loaded it on my computer. I used the online version this year and did not find it as good as in past years when using the CD version. I will probably try a different product next year.

It took some time to be confident in what I was doing. The support team is golden. I was able FaceTime with support who took over my screen to show me specifically how and where to input the proper information. Thanks for making my life easier.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Forced me to buy premium even though I didn't need sold a house, didn't owe taxes, decided to report it to IRS anyway, Turbotax tells me i have to buy the premium product since I had capital gains/losses (I didn't).
