Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Good I like Turbo Tax, but the live expert has nothing of experts. They made several mistakes in the information that they are giving me, Last year where awful and so was this year. I ended up finding the law and how to apply it. I do not trust them at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Still needs some convenience tools ..... I have requested this numerous times - will try again. We like to see if "Married Filing Jointly" is best for us each year, or "Married Filing Separately" might be better. With your current software - we are forced to create 3 separate returns - having to enter all of the required information in 3 times - very tedious and time consuming. Why not offer a tool where we enter all the required information JUST ONCE - into a "Married Filing Jointly" return - and then at the end display a question like: "Would you like to see your results if you filed "Married Filling Separately"?? The mathematics should be easy to work out and just split the deductions 50-50. Would sure save a lot of time Next. why do you force users to print the entire return with all the worksheets, etc., just to get to the page where we are offered the opportunity to save the return as a PDF file and store it wherever we wish to??? I "E-File" both my Federal and State returns - I have no desire to waste printer ink and paper printing off all those forms, etc. just to get to the necessary page to save my returns as PDF files!!! It's ridiculous!!

Despite that fact that I bought Turbo Tax premium from Costco for $81.00 I ended up paying $132 to Intuit because of the defective downloaded product I received. I had the exact same issue with the defective product last year: it wouldn't save files. You had a year to fix this problem. I am not the only one having this problem. You don't care about a good customer so I will never spend a cent with Intuit
