Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes filinfg taxes easer and I appreciat I appreciate you reminding me what amounts I used the previous year. I did almost miss the "Retirement Savings Contribution Credit that I used last year. Please remind me of this credit next year. Also I need to be reminded of the self employment SS tax reduction for Ministers. I almost forgot it. These two credits make big difference on my taxes. I cannot always remember these two important credits. Thank you

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I think this got me hacked I linked my account to organize my expenses and not 5 minutes later I got a fraud alert on my bank card. I don't think this is a coincidence.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shammy system of payment The price to pay for filing was not shown until it gave me the receipt, prompting they charged me for the premium service when not once did I chose or use any of the premium services. Very disheartening and poor experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh Maybe not worth the price. It somehow ended up costing $350+ to file with Turbo. I filed with a person last year and it was a bit pricier but it was much simpler.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What happened, Turbo Tax? I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It's pretty smooth! This year for the first time I got questions that I couldn't answer easily (related to QBI and something called "op loss"). I had to do a lot of work to figure out that question was about. Usually it's so smooth. My circumstances haven't changed that much.
