I have recommended the product to others who were using tax preparers and said that TT is more thorough and comprehensive than any human. But this year I was frustrated because I changed computers and it could not find my old AGI.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ITS OK It would be nice if you could efile a late return, when you try to follow the efile prompts, it just puts you in the runaround to efile then you have to go back to print. Then you get annoying things like the AGI is not pulled through to your next return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trustworthy and always right I've been using TurboTax for at least the past 8 years. It's convenient to have all my info stored from year to year with access to them all! This year I neglected to scroll down a page to read one of the many increasingly helpful explanations, so I needlessly over-reviewed my form. Also, don't forget you can review the actual forms that will be submitted just before you file for easy comparisons to last year. Over the years anytime I thought there must be something wrong, I was right. I was wrong, not TurboTax!
