Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years always works. I have used Turbo Tax for the last 15 years except for that one year when I used another tax filing software. Big mistake. I was good to be back in familiar territory when I used TurboTax again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage product that is misleading and overpriced. Took my payment of $178 to process my return. Payed my taxes due. THEN the software told me I had to provide my AGI from the previous year in order to e-file, AFTER taking my money. Then told me I couldn't complete my tax return. Then told me I needed to print documents to send to the government but the link to populate and print those documents does not work. So you pretty much just took payment to file my taxes, but didn't file them. Then you took payment for taxes due, for a tax return that you didn't file. I'd have saved over a hundred dollars going to a professional tax service and wouldn't have to file an extension due to failing software and expired links. Get your stuff together TurboTax!! WHY WOULD YOU TAKE MY MONEY IF I HADN'T VERIFIED MY IDENTITY???????

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tricked me into expensive product I purposely selected that I did not want MAX benefits and yet somehow still ended up with it and was charged for it. Then, wasn't able to get my money back despite noticing the flaw right away. Not okay!
