Rated 1 out of 5 by from It took Turbo Tax more than 20 attempts to e-file. It took Turbo Tax more than 20 attempts to e-file. Despite the review for both state and federal showing no errors, I could not check out due to "incomplete" error message.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Seamless as always This is my 5th year using turbo tax and I have to tell you it is the greatest service ever. If you want to get the maximum amount of coin on your returns this is the way. And it keeps you out of the clanker with all the checks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from too many fees $39 fee to pay with your own refund? charging people near $60 to file when, iirc, you shouldn't have to pay anything for making under $80k/year should be illegal. $160~ after all the fees. definitely my last year filing through here. as convenient as it is, it's absolutely not worth the fees.

This is the first year i regret using TurboTax but unfortunately, filed late so I needed to use the platform anyway

I tried out the mobile app for the first time this year and it was not as user-friendly as the website, but still very easy to use.
