Rated 1 out of 5 by from A frusturating and difficult to use product Turbo tax's "live help" first involves sending you through a robot that can barely understand you, and attempts to send you incorrect information prior to sending you through to a representative. After having paid for the premium service, I feel ripped off. The service rep was great after I got through to them after 45 minutes though. When Turbo Tax needed information from my return last year, I had to go through a different account that I had created (personal vs business). And in the process, Turbotax made it as difficult as possible to get my previous years tax return, and asked me why I needed it, as if they were cagey I was going with a different tax platform. rest assured, I will do everything in my power, including spending more money. To make absolutely certain that I don't use turbo tax again.
