Rated 5 out of 5 by from 'Fun Doing Taxes' Not An Oxymoron Let me start by saying that a more technologically inept person than me can't possibly exist. Yet TurboTax makes it not only easy but oddly pleasant to file taxes online. It's like working with a really great teacher who helpfully guides you through every step and leaves you feeling like 'Good heavens, I can actually do this!' As you fill out the information, the estimate of your return that they show at the top of the screen makes it quite exciting. They also offer the best customer service on the planet. If you need to call or do an online chat they're in a stratosphere of kind, patient, and efficient help in easily-understood layman's language that no other customer service comes close to. My only complaint is with myself, for not trying them out years ago!
