Rated 4 out of 5 by from Most things Most things are understandable but there are confusing items. The program would not show the correct answer to "refinancing home with the same lender" it jumped to student loans. I had to type in on another computer to find the answer.

I had downloaded your app and we had to go back to the internet because I had started my taxes there. James was a GREAT help! At the end, we reviewed it together, and we were both confident that everything was done right. I absolutely got the right person to help me! Thanks, James!
