Very user friendlyHave used TurboTax for several years, I find it to be very user friendly for moderately complex returns like ours. Cost is very competitive and best benefit for me is hours not spent traveling to and gathering records for a preparer.

At Times AnnoyingSeveral times when I first opened program it did not take me to where I previously left off. Very annoying that you have to enter checking account info multiple times. In some areas of State program Turbo Tax is not much help.

More clarity pleaseI have the same job I've had for the whole six years I've been with turbotax but as I make more and am taxed more I get less back. If turbotax could explain why with the same information the customer return is less each year. I think it would be helpful.
