Rated 1 out of 5 by from I wish I never started using it 3 years ago. I was moving fairly quickly through the return and it still took me 5 - 1/2 hours. I don't like the way you have to continuously page through some of the categories repetitively. The price is outrageous for the awful support the search and help guide gives you. I really want to like it but it needs improvement. It was fun until it became stupid.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It took a lot longer this year, more confusing It was longer to do this year and more confusing. I don't feel confident in the software and it costs far too much money. I am using all of my refund to pay for my tax preparation. And you try to get someone to upgrade far too often. I am not using Turbo Tax any longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Once again, ease of us just got better I've used TurboTax since 1995 when it was on CD until now online. TT always had been easy to use, however, just got easier as time progresses. Will keep on using TT.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sucks stuck in loop, have to file amended now. Got stuck in loop and just gave up as it was 30 minutes to deadline. Plus kept trying to upsell poop, and as it missed a bunch of stuff on rental property- I work for the IRS btw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is AMAZING! So easy to use! All I have to do is have my documents with me and TurboTax does everything else! AND FREE! If you have simple taxes to file I highly recommend using the free filing services of TurboTax. I have used it for years and have never been disappointed.
