Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst experience in 10 yrs Every year TT is "upgraded" and every year it is clunkier and more difficult with more ads. I had to falsify entries on a form to be able to submit my return (would not accept $0 amounts). Major issues with importing financial records required me to go into 75 individual transactions and make corrections. Back links refresh the page to the top of page 1, not where I left off. Fields do not validate appropriately for data entry flow. Help bot is less than useless. Intuit, you've forgotten who your customers are.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy to use, made filing seamless! I'm typically unsure of certain things when filing. Turbo tax kept my information confidential, and had easy pop up explanations for any of my questions without having to direct to a different page.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Job Overall While still somewhat difficult, turbotax did as best as it could simplifying things. I do think in the future, when I start to look into real estate, and more complicated money situations, it might be smarter to get a person to look into my forms.
