Easy to Use but Never Heard Back from AccountantI paid for the ability for a CPA to contact me, choosing the expert to respond in 48 hours to my question. This, unfortunately, never occurred. Otherwise, the platform is easy to use. I like how there are opportunities to understand concepts or terms by clicking on the highlighted words.
