As the years have gone by and my life became more and more complicated around the taz seasons, Turbo Tax has always been a tool that I feel puts me at ease by walking me through every step, helping me to not miss a beat, and providing on call tax experts to answer all of my questions with wisdom and patience. I would like to specifically give a shout out to "Denise with 21 years of experience" for her professionalism, her patience, her reassurance, her thoroughness, and her kindness. She is an absolute gem and I am so glad she is the Tax Expert that dialed my number. In regards to TurboTax, the ability to pay for year around representation is an welcomed cushion to the whole process. Thank you for all the amazing services you provide.
