It takes some time but I feel more confident in doing the taxes now. and they add added security as well for identity for a low payments annually. Thanks Turbo tax

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Turbo Tax I have been using this product for nearly 10 years. I have never used any other product. It gets easier and easier to file taxes with this product. I love that it keeps track of last year numbers when we attach the last year file. That help to understand what I have to do to get that number, when I refer to my spreadsheets from last year. I just have to do teh same this year again, unless there is a change.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the BEST!!! TurboTax is super easy to use and so convenient. I always thought it would be daunting to do our own taxes with married filing jointly, and boy was I wrong. The system guides you through the whole process, and there are live agents ready to assist you if you run into any issues. So glad I gave it a chance. Who knew doing your taxes could be so quick and rewarding?!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Customer support is not good. I have been using Turbo tax for many years. This year around I was very disappointed. The 1099 form download from Schwab was not working for many days and is still not working. Many people complained about it but Intuit did not fix the issue. Many of us, including me had to enter a lot of information manually. This is very disappointing. Customer support is not useful when things go wrong. I sincerely hope that Intuit listens to us, else many of us will be considering alternates next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a great way to file. The Turbo Tax live expert was very helpful in answering all my questions regarding my federal tax question most specifically my taxable portion of Social Security benefits. He was very knowledgeable. He knew his stuff.
