It is very easy to understand and if you are not sure of the questions asked, there are explanation tabs added to help further explain. What is also great if you get stuck there are live Tax agents to help. It is an additional fee, but very small and worth it. I have only used the help of the agent once as I had to file taxes from my last and current residency and there were some questions I needed assistance on, and I got the answers I needed. I love Turbo Tax and will recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good & Easy to use The product is easy to use and helps deal with my mom and my taxes well and we have multiple states to deal with and rental property and farm income. Handles all of these well. The only thing that is somewhat disappointing is that it has become fairly expensive since I first started using it ~10 years ago.
