Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good but e-filing was a disaster. TurboTax is good but e-filing was a disaster this year. I confirmed AGI as correct and reviewed by original 1040 and downloaded the IRS version. Both (line 11) were the same. TB2021 auto-populated the PIN (randomly generated?). I tried two times and both the federal and state were rejected. I am trying a third time but may need to print and mail. What is the point then of the e-filing and for charging me $25 plus tax for e-filing the state return????

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's slipping User experience has slipped. Handling of the IP PIN is done poorly. Have resubmitted my forms 4 times now. Cannot directly modify form data, also inconvenient. If you're not going to allow editing the forms, then at least have each form line item link to the page of the questionnaire/wizard where that line is updated.
