Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best & Easiest Format I've ever Experienced I am old school. Make things simple and easy to understand. In an age where people tend to never experience the point of view of the end user Turbo Tax goes above and beyond. It's so refreshing. So very refreshing. Somebody really knew how to do it right. This program at Turbo Tax is probably the best and most well thought out programs I've ever used. Everything is intuitive and they have explanations for anything you don't understand at every turn. They walk you through it as if you were a kid and that's exactly the way things ought to be done with things like this. And their pricing is more than fair. I'm speaking to users whose taxes are not overly complex like mine. I use standard deduction and don't have a bunch to write off so I'm only needing the $39 ( on sale ) service. All I would have as a criticism would be that you have to pay attention and don't get inadvertently sucked into their advertising because within the program they are trying to sell you extras that, in my opinion, you don't need. Such as the Kredit Karma thing. Some users might find all of that distracting and confusing. But I don't bemoan a company for trying to make money. It's still a 5 star service all day and I'd dare say that even if your taxes are more complex and involved than mine are then you'll not find a better and more intuitive program to use than this one. It's absolute gold.
