Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax doesn't fix errors The IRS keeps rejecting my filing, Turbo Tax claims to have fixed and it keeps rejecting. The error that it claims I made isn't even true. My dependant Social and my spouse Social is NOT THE SAME!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I Expected I was not sure if using Turbo Tax would work for me since I generally complicate most things I do. There were a couple places I wasn't sure of my answer, but the TurboTax explanation helped clarify, and I ended up completing and filing both Federal and State. Thank you TurboTax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best assistance ever!!! The Turbo Tax CD/desk top version walked me through every step. It was easy to understand and helped explain items that were not clear. The online assistance was my favorite part of my experience. I was assisted by 3 different people due to complications with this year's taxes. All 3 were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and pleasant! It made my day to have someone assisting with these 4 attributes! I didn't get a refund but I am very pleased that the taxes are correct and my payment was much lower in the end. I'm telling everyone that Turbo Tax is the best!!
