Horrible, I waited months to be contacted after calling and being told a turbotax expert would reach out to me but be patient because they are busy during the tax season. I then had to call back because nobody contacted me. I then had several "experts" because turbotax kept closing my account even though I made it COMPLETELY CLEAR" that I would have to wait for my K1 to be released by my company.

She went above and beyond and helped us so much through the process feel comfortable and not like just another number. The conversation was great and overall process was simple and she spent extra time to with us to make sure we got it done! thank you so much! you are appreciated!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome, but ... I absolutely NEED to be able to upload the accounting activity from quickbooks online!!! I use OBO and TurboTax Business Desktop, every year I look forward to being able to transfer the data seamlessly and end up having to type it in again. Please HELP, cannot be super hard to fix. Alex.
